SafariTest est un utilitaire en ligne des plus pratiques. Il suffit d’entrer une URL pour obtenir une capture d’écran de la page telle qu’elle apparaît dans Safari. Un must pour les tests!
Hum… vous pensiez en avoir fini? Pas du tout, puisque le créateur de SafariTest propose également VNC Testing pour tester un site sur Safari en live en prenant en quelque sorte le contrôle d’un système OS X.
I think that many of you have noticed the main limit of tools like SafariTest: the impossibility to “live test” features like Javascript, Rollovers, DHTML, AJAX and all the technologies which imply massive user interaction and client-side operations. As soon as possible I’ll be able to offer on this site an extra service: VNC Testing. This will allow you to test your pages by remotely controlling a Mac OS X system with your keyboard and mouse, as if you were in front of it. This means that you will also be able to use every other Mac OS X browser, including Firefox, Camino, Opera, Flock, etc… At the moment I don’t have unlimited bandwidth and cpu, so this will probably be a cheap-but-not-free service…
